Terri Cole - Owner/Broker-in-Charge

Terri is a native of Colleton County, has lived in Smoaks for 25 years and currently lives in Walterboro with her husband John Cole. She graduated from Walterboro High School in 1995, then graduated from the University of SC in Columbia in 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminstration.

Terri went on to become a Licensed R.E. Agent in 2000 then a Broker in 2004, specializing in Residental, Land, and Commerical Properties. She is one of the top selling brokers in Colleton County, selling over 3 million in sales alone last year!
