Anne Oswald - Broker

In November 1986, Anne H. Oswald and Sara P. White opened the doors to what was to become a successful "Hometown Real Estate Company." Anne has continued on with the business and given to both Sellers and Buyers, professional and expert service. She puts clients' welfares first, and from start to finish, she gives 150% effort to consummate sales and make the transactions profitable and pleasant.

After graduation from Wesleyan College in 1970, Anne studied real estate courses and became a Broker. She was in the Charleston, SC, Market until 1977, when she moved to Walterboro where she managed her own rental properties while rearing two children.

In 1986, Anne and her friend originated Oswald White and Associates, Inc. She hold the GRI designation and Certified Residential Specialist designation.

Anne has served her community well - a Board Member at Colleton Preparatory Academy, a Board Member of Charleston Southern University, the originating Board of Colleton Ambulatory Surgery Center, Board of Chamber of Commerce, and Board of Director and Local Advisory Board of South Carolina Bank and Trust. She has also served First Baptist Church Committees numerous terms.

Anne H. Oswald, a home-grown South Carolina lady offers to her Agents in her company, to her Clients and to her Community, her commitment and devotion to a job well done.
